The Choir of the ensemble of IF MIA RF

  In the creative connections of all parts of the ensemble, choir is the main one. As an argument for that is so, that mostly the choir should be on stages, lots of audios, videos, first-time-performances and popularizations of new creations of today’s composers.

  РThe repertoire of the choir is containing over 1000 songs and existing in several parts. The biggest part – works for soloists, choir and orchestra and also choir with accompanying. That is the best of world classic mostly: L. Beethoven, K. Weber, F. Shubert, J. Rossini, J. Verdi and K. Orfa.

  Also, choir has his own repertoire for themselves only. There are classic legacy (like O. Lasso, M. Glinka, P. Tchaikovsky, P. Chesnokov, A. Eshpay) and Russian traditional songs in reconstructions of A. Sveshnikov, S. Anashkin, B. Beliaev and others, Russian soul and foreign music.

 With these programs the choir of the ensemble took part at the international competitions of choir collectives in Switzerland for a three times/

  More, the choir was in other tours in such countries, as: GDR, FRG, Belgium, Malta, Israel, China, North Korea, Chili, Mexico, Italy, Australia and others.

  As also, there are patriotic military songs in the repertoire from greatest composers, like: A. Alexandrov, A. Agapkin, A. Novikov, V. Solovjev-Sedoy, I. Dunaevsky, A. Pahmutova, I. Luchenok, V. Levashov, M. Blanter, S. Tulikov, D. Tuhmanov, Ya. Frenkel.

  It’s always success, when the choir takes lead in first time singing songs of today’s composers: I. Reznik, E. Shiryaev, A. Nikolsky, E. Hanok, U. Erikona, L. Hmelnickaya, I. Matvienko.

  The choir was the first collective, which performed Requiem by V. Dashkevich on the poetry of A. Ahmatova with the ensemble and the Government’s symphonic orchestra of Cinematography and with singer E. Kamburova.

 And Especially important to mention hardworking concert job of choir with the best Russian dance-hall singers: I. Kobson, O. Gazmanov, N. Babkina, N. Baskov, V. Talkunova, L. Leshenko, A. Rosenbaum, T. Gverdcitelli, L. Dolina, V. Vinokur, R. Ibragimov, Vitas, E. Vorobey, Z. Sotkilava, E. Strijenova, L. Agutin, N. Koroleva, band “Lube”, band “Diskoteka avaria” and others. The quality of performing, sound recovers, disks and phonograms with these musicians are proving, that collective of choir is very mobile.

 By the order of “Sony music” there were created 2 disks, which are for the first time starting of the satellite and there were choir and best rock-singers from England and Spain. The presentation was in Spain.

  The highest marks from the leader of Russian Orhodox Church – the Patriarch of the Moscow and Russia – Alexey II had been granted to choir when they performed on the consecration of the military church at the territory of Moscow state’s headquarters of internal forces of ministry of internal affairs of Russia.

  During the tour in Italy, one of concerts was in Vatikan for the leader of Roman Catholic Church - Pope Johann Paul II, who especially mentioned culture of chorus singing, it’s professionalism and it’s unlimited power of creation.

 There are group of concerts, which are more important than others – concerts in the “boiling points”. By groups of 3-4, artists sang in hospital tents, dug ants, on the streets. They also were in the Chechnya and did big performances for units on improvising stages – ruins of buildings.

  Great large repertoire and different scenic composition needs from artists the regular improvement. To help them, there are teachers of vocal: V.V. Sokol-Macuk and docent L.I. Dianova.

  Choir was created in 1970 and when the professional ensemble started to grow up, the choir collective put together over 20 artists.

  Nowadays choi formed with 70 artists. Those are the militaries (soldiers of an immediate duty), ensigns with musician ended education and professional singers. Between them there are many of talented artists, who is like a creative heart of the collective. Those are honored artists of Russia: M. Belenko, G. Baranov, E. Grigoriev; honored artists of North Osetia-Alania republic: L. Dementiev, V. Kasima, A. Berlin; artists V. Golubev, V. Korzeev, A. Buzganov, A. Vdovenko, S. Basilko.

  The flow of new young artists is seriously ispiring th creative atmosphere of the collective. Like a variation of choir singing, one of the singers of the choir - A. Maslov, created young vocal octet.

  There are artists in the collective of choir, who performing with the solo program. They are: honored artists V. Gromov, S. Titov, V. Garnatko, A. Dmitriev.

  Between the choir artists there are composers: A. Novojilov, V. Novikov. Their compositions are also in the repertoire of the ensemble. Since 1973 till 1985 the choir-master of the collective was V.P. Eliseev (Since 1985 – The Chief of the ensemble, ne of the most talented conductors in present time). Since 1978 till 1997 the choir master was L.I. Nosovich

  Nowadays choir-masters are:

    Chief choirmaster – is the honored artiste of Russia Bogomolova L.V., she has big experience in sphere and she is talented conductor and bright musician.

   The choir master – is the honored artiste of Russia Dementieva Julia Victorovna.
  In their leadership, the choir is continuing showing the amazing skills of vocal performing, the traditions of Russian chorus art and dynamics of choir music’s contrasts. They are keeping up the contemporary level of vocal artworks and preparations with professionalism of their work and gets the best prize of all of it – the storms of applauses from audience. All of that means, that traditions of male choir performing would be never forgotten.
